Annual General Meeting - 7 October 2026

The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association will be held commencing at 7.30pm on Wednesday 7 October 2026 at the Waikawa Boating Club, Picton.

Nominations for positions on the Executive Committee close at 12 noon on Monday 5  October 2026.  Completed nomination forms can be emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or delivered, and must be received at the Administration Office, 5/19 Te Ara Kaimoana, Waikawa, Picton by the specified closing time.  All nominees must sign the nomination form and certify that they are not disqualified from being elected as an Officer of an Incorporated Society under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

All members and interested people are invited to attend the AGM and hear of the work of the Association over the last 12 months.  Following the business meeting Mark Preece from NZ King Salmon will be the guest speaker.  Mark has been heavily involved in the design and setting up of New Zealand's first open ocean salmon farm which is located about 7km off Cape Lambert.
