Special General and Annual General Meetings

The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association, along with a Special General Meeting, will be held commencing at 7.00pm on Monday 6 October 2025 at Waikawa Boating Club, Picton.

The Special General Meeting (SGM) is required to update the Association's constitution. This is a requirement to enable the Association to re-register and continue operation as an Incorporated Society under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

Immediately following the SGM the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held.

Nominations for positions on the Executive Committee close at 12 noon on Thursday 2 October 2025. Completed nomination forms can be emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or delivered, and must be received at the Administration Office, 4/19 Te Ara Kaimoana, Waikawa, Picton by the specified closing time. All nominees must sign the nomination form and certify that they are not disqualified from being elected as an Officer of an Incorporated Society under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

All members and interested people are invited to attend the AGM and hear of the work of the Association over the last 12 months. Following the business meeting Andrew from BrianFM will be the guest speaker.
